Cozinhar !

Postado por Unknown | 18:05

Sempre que vejo blogs culinários fico com uma vontade de cozinhar algo diferente, mais elaborado ! Quem sabe no meu aniversário ! Ultimamente estou fã do Recipe Snobs ! Esse é beeeeemmm purpurinado. Ah ... e as autoras dos dois blogs são magras (Falo de outro mais abaixo).

Ideia legal que vi hoje (graças ao meu perfeito dia low carb):

Strawberry Nutella Muffins

Strawberry Nutella Muffins
     1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
     1/2 teaspoon salt
     2 teaspoons baking powder
     1/2 cup sugar
     1/4 cup canola oil
     1 large egg
     1/3 cup buttermilk
     1 teaspoon vanilla extract
     1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
     1/3 cup Nutella
Turbinado sugar (raw sugar), to sprinkle on tops

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 12-cup standard muffin tin with paper liners; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together canola oil, egg, buttermilk and vanilla.

Pour mixture over dry ingredients.

...and stir together until just most.

Fold in the strawberries.

Mixture will look like so.

Scoop a spoonful of batter evenly into the muffin trays. Drop 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella into the center of each cup.

Top with remaining batter to completely cover the Nutella. Sprinkle tops with turbinado sugar if desired.

Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a tester inserted into centers comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Yields: 12 muffins.

Um desses pode :)

Oooo baby wait until you sink your teeth into these hot cheesy skillet sandwiches!  I love breaking out my rustic cast iron skillet for this simple recipe.  They are buttery, cheesy and Dijon delicious.  Whip out those skillets and enjoy some hot sammy’s!
Start with some nice soft rolls.  6 to be exact :)

Butter the first half of the rolls.
Drizzle a little oil in your skillet.
Place your buttered bottom rolls butter side up in the skillet.
Top with some cheddar cheese!
A little piece of ham.
A little piece of turkey or more ham if you’d rather :)
Butter the top rolls.
Place them ever so nicely over top.
Top with some Dijon Mustard.
If you like it a little spicy add even more than you see here.  A nice Italian Dressing would also be delicious!
Time for the cheese!
Put as little or as much as your heart desires.
My heart desires….a lot :)
Ok, ready for the oven!
Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
Now we’re talking!
Grab a couple sammy’s and enjoy!
